Individual Counselling and Psychology

NSW Work Development
Order Sponsor

We provide individual therapy or counselling with qualified and registered (ACA) counsellors and qualified and registered psychologists (AHPRA) that gives you the opportunity to talk confidentially about any concerns that may be impacting your mental health and well-being.

We offer short-term therapy sessions (between 1-6) with counsellors and psychologists who provide evidence-based treatment and resources tailored to meet your individual needs. We conduct our sessions in line with New South Wales Health guidelines, which are subject to change. We offer telehealth appointments available by phone or through Zoom and face-to-face.

We specialise in servicing Workforce Australia, Disability Employment, NDIS, Ex-offenders and community members with a focus on work readiness. We work with you to explore ways to manage grief, loss, depression, anxiety, stress, fear, loneliness, social isolation, general mental health and building life resilience.

Where appropriate, you may be linked with external providers should you require financial counselling, WDO and Revenue NSW assistance, emergency assistance, housing, or other relevant support services.

Medical Assessments and Reports

IHA has highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses with some specialising in Paediatrics with dedication to providing exceptional care for children and families. With extensive experience in managing complex nursing plans, our nurses excel in conducting thorough continence and developmental assessments, tailoring care strategies to meet each individual's unique needs. Whether it's coordinating comprehensive care for chronic conditions, supporting developmental milestones, or providing expert advice on specialised nursing tasks, IHA offers a holistic approach to healthcare, ensuring the best outcomes for participants.

Our therapists work with people experiencing a range of difficulties that can occur at any time in their lives. This means they work with children, young people, adults and older adults. They work with people who may be experiencing mental health, physical health or disability challenges.

Their primary focus is on assisting individuals with disabilities and mental health conditions to improve their overall well-being, independence, and quality of life.

NDIS Support Coordination

Our support coordination services are flexible and can be tailored to your needs through various delivery options. We can meet with you in person-whether at your home or another community location of your choice. Alternatively, we offer virtual support across NSW via phone, email, and video conferencing, providing you with the flexibility to access support from anywhere in Australia.

At the heart of every NDIS Plan is you; the most important person in the process. Whether you need assistance with daily activities, setting up service agreements, or addressing complex challenges, we're here to work alongside you.
